Masone Properties is actively seeking large tracts of land suitable for single family development typically 40 acres or more and retail properties on hard corners signalized intersections either through assembly or as one parcel.  Typically 1 acre or larger in size located in an established community and regional trade areas near major retail generators.

We are one of the few companies that will either buy your property or joint venture with the land owner to create value for the property by obtaining the necessary governmental approval to develop your property to its highest and best use. We do this at our expense as a value added proposition to share in the profits of our success with the land owner. This has historically proven to be truly mutually beneficial for both land owners and Masone Properties by limiting the risk to Masone properties with an early acquisition at a lower price to the seller and instead being able to pay more for the seller's property by gaining all governmental approvals prior to the final closing and creating value in the property with full transparence to the land owners along the way .
