TONY MASONE

Florida Real Estate Broker

Tony has over 27 years experience in real estate, land development and construction management. His expertise includes site selection and acquisition, analysis, assembling parcels, negotiating contracts, obtaining all zoning and permitting requirements, acquiring financing, design and construction. As of 2006, he has successfully entitled properties totaling more than $100,000,000.

Born in New York, Tony has been a Brevard County resident since 1983. In 1987, he founded Professional Cellular and Paging, Inc., which reached annual sales over one million dollars and ranked fourth in Florida for sales volume. Since then, he has owned and operated several successful businesses. He has developed, owned, and operated three self-service car washes, as well as several commercial and residential rental properties.

In addition to his own personal history of successful business ventures, Tony has been an active part of the community and local government. He served on the Zoning Board of Adjustments for the City of Melbourne from January 1996 through February 1999. Tony was appointed to the Planning and Zoning board for

Brevard County from November 2010 to January 2012. Since that time, Tony has maintained many of the relationships he made and regularly attends Council Meetings.

Philanthropy is important to Tony, which was evident when he volunteered his services to the Space Coast Early Intervention Center, a new facility that opened in May 2007. The Center is a local not-for-profit organization that serves as an aide in the development needs of autistic and special needs children. Tony was responsible for successfully locating, acquiring and then later annexation rezoning and permitting of the site on behalf of SCEIC which remains a growing and successful community resource for families
